Mô tả công việc

-General Description.
  • This position will bring strong business to the Hotel through sourcing, negotiating and winning Leisure & MICE Sales Accounts to generate effective revenue.
-Main tasks
  • Conduct sales calls to all existing and new corporate clients.
  • Source and seek out new business development. Issue corporate rates or room quotations.
  • Conduct sales calls to all existing and new corporate clients to increase awareness and establish supportive business relationships.
  • Identify and seek out prospective clientele within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the hotel including accommodation and banqueting facilities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and sales call reports
  • Liaise closely with other departments to co-ordinate customer requests/ requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • As directed, participate in sales activities including sales trips, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information.
  • Organize and host hotel site inspections for potential clients.
  • Entertain prospective and potential or supportive clients in hotel to strengthen business rapport.
  • Maintain guest safety, security and confidentiality.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least Bachelor degree in Administration, Hotel Management.

- With over 2-3 years experience in hotel Sales department at manager or assistant manager level.

- Strong in driving results, overall sales skills, effective telephone communication skills.

- Strong leadership skills, understand the achievement of team and individual goals..

- High sense of responsibility and integrity.

- Excellent oral and written English communication.
