- Greeting and seating guests

- Ensuring excellent guest experience during dining and bar service

- Assisting guests upon departure

- Handling guest enquiries and reservations

- Conducting daily briefings and handovers

- Managing guest complaints professionally

- Team management and leadership

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience (hotel, tourism, advertising, sales, marketing) at the similar position.

• Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills

• Outstanding negotiation & problem-solving skill

• Proven experience in team management

• Positive demeanour.

• Impeccable personal hygiene and grooming.

• Proactive & confident
