Mô tả công việc

1. To be in-charge accounting tasks for Tour & Transportation

2. To ensure smooth work flow of Accounts Payable, rebate journals and maintain journal vouchers in order to prepare monthly Operating Reports and Financial Statements on time.

3. To check monthly Tax Reports & do the monthly consolidation Tax Report for whole company.

4. To check reconciliation for all BS account.

5. To check fixed asset reconciliation.

6. To check audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

7. To assist in External Audit by providing the data and give explanation

8. Have knowledge about IFRS and VAS

9. To be familiar with SUN system, SCM system, Navision system

10. Other task assigned by FC.

To be courteous and professional when in contact with outside companies/ suppliers/ customers/ banks and tax officers and to maintain good working relationships with all colleagues throughout the Company
