Events & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an outstanding ‘Events & Marketing Manager’ to join the ‘Taste of Vietnam’ team and deliver a first-class hospitality experiences in our restaurants and bars.

From an events perspective, you will be responsible for client management through the event lifecycle, from client enquiries through to event execution.

This is a customer centric role that requires seamless planning & exceptional communications skills.

Whilst primarily office based, a hands-on approach to event execution is required.

You will be the 'go-to' person for all marketing & promotional activity. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, capturing, and posting content on social media, designing collateral such as menus, flyers, signage & promoting our brands with our stakeholders.

An eye for detail is critical in this role and will be assessed regularly.

Responsibilities

- Website management and development

- Social media management

- Creating promotional content

- Design collateral material

- Increasing company sales in our venues

- Collaborating with suppliers with view to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

- Photography

- Managing online bookings and enquiries

- Providing regular feedback to the General Manager and venue Managers

- Travelling to our venues and business partners to promote our brands

- Collaborate with the General Manager to execute marketing strategies

- Ensure that all events are successful

- Management of relationships with all Tourism Agencies

- Provide reports to the General Manager

- Monitor market trends, researching consumer markets and competitor’ activities to identify

opportunities and key issues

- Experience in event management and or marketing in the hospitality industry

- An sound understanding of the Food & Beverage industry

- Extensive experience and understanding of all social media platforms

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a high level of accuracy and quality

- Experience with photography and photo editing

- Strong computer skills
