Mô tả công việc

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Admission consulting by phone or email to students and organization (customers) with information related to products, services, curriculum, schedule and events.

• Follow enrollment process, collect admission documents, input and store data on all college admisssion activities to monitor and manage.

• Study and understand documents related to admission procedure, program materials, fees, admissions documents, admission records…

• Prepare, print, and make copy of admission documents for students and potential customers.

• Actively contact potential students according to the provided list or self-exploit via phone, email, and directly meet at the office.

• Coordinate with the communication team in such events as PR, admissions events, surveys, market research and analysis, thereby capturing customers' psychology and needs to advise customers.

• Manage, monitor and maintain periodically report implementation items

Qualifications, subject to appropriate verification:\

• College degree in any major.
• English proficiency: TOEIC > 550 or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years professional experience working in similar position.
• Experience of working for communication or admission is priority.• Experience of working for international schools, colleges or universities is preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of IT skills including presentation software packages
preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel for work.
