Human Resources Executive/ Compensation & Benefits

In charge of Compensation and Benefits: 

• In charge of all C&B documentation in term of probation contract, labour contract, addendum, decision...
• Daily/ weekly/ monthly check and control days off per month, day off in lieu, compensation leave, annual leave
• Develop and periodically review remuneration policies & procedures
•  Be responsible for both financial report and non-financial report for regarding compensation and benefits
  
• Complete all internal report system 
  
• Develop and implement the project for compensation and benefits team
• Effectively update to staff internal regulations, employee handbook, new governmental regulations

• Experience with Cadena system
• Time management skills through tasks prioritizing to meet the deadline.
• Computer proficiency on Words, Excel, Power Point
• University degree, prefer the Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management
• Good at English both speaking and writing
• Well organized, careful and diligent
• Pay attention to detail, spirit of entrepreneur
• Dynamic, mature, understanding well positions and jobs in hotel
• At least one year as Compensation and Benefit in 5 star luxury hotel.
