Mô tả công việc

Responsibility
  • Handle all communication concerning occupational health and safety and inform the HR manager of the day to day issues
  • Ensure input into the orientation and induction of new staff including training in techniques of safe manual handling and identification and prompt reporting of health and safety risks
  • Monitor staff adherence to workplace health and safety procedures
  • Ensure staff of the establishment are aware of their rights and responsibilities as well as IHG’s rights and responsibilities
  • Motivate staff to become involved in risk management
  • Plan and co-ordinate activities which ensure the prevention and control of potential hazards
Trách nhiệm
  • Xử lý mọi thông tin liên quan đến sức khỏe và an toàn lao động và thông báo cho người quản lý nhân sự về các vấn đề hàng ngày
  • Đảm bảo đầu vào của đội ngũ nhân viên mới bao gồm đào tạo kỹ thuật xử lý và nhận dạng thủ công an toàn và báo cáo kịp thời các rủi ro về sức khỏe và an toàn
  • Giám sát nhân viên tuân thủ các quy trình an toàn và sức khỏe tại nơi làm việc
  • Đảm bảo nhân viên của cơ sở biết về quyền và trách nhiệm của họ cũng như quyền và trách nhiệm của IHG
  • Thúc đẩy nhân viên tham gia quản lý rủi ro
  • Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp các hoạt động đảm bảo phòng ngừa và kiểm soát các mối nguy hiểm tiềm năng

  • Good writing skills
