To ensure that all calls are received promptly (2 rings) greeted courteously and all orders are taken correctly and fully, repeat them to guests recommend and sell.
To write the orders, name of waiter and time of order plus guest details (name and room number) on captain order, and relay orders to kitchen, bar and cashier
Check items and price of items are according to guest’s order.
Set up trays, trolleys and mise-en-place before the peak period of the day.
Check that enough trolleys / trays are prepared for peak period
Check all orders and setting before serving guests.
Practice hygiene in service and ensure utensils and crockery before they are used.
Relays orders taken to the Bar and Kitchen and collect orders promptly.
Make sure that food orders are correctly prepared by the Kitchen and bar.
To have complete understanding of telephone manners and courtesy.
To do duties as assigned on a daily basis by the Restaurant Manager.

Education: A diploma or degree qualification. Good in oral and written English.

Experience: We prefer the candidate had experience in hospitality industry.

Other:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Hard working and enthusiastic personality
