• Manage and organize pastry kitchen and related team
• Food cost and food waste control
• Hygiene and food safety control and related documentation
• Productive and effective rostering
• Dessert selection and quality across all outlets

- Attractive service fee bonus (about 3.5 million - 5.5 million/month)
- Support 2 meals during the working shift

- Leave 15 days/year, public holidays x 300%
- Work 8h/day shift, 6 days off monthly
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5 years’ experience with the Chef position
• Pastry related skills/cooking. The ability and skills to create traditional and modern pastries
• Computer skills: basic office package, recipes making
• Food Cost and recipes creation
• Hygiene & safety: training/ SOP creation
• Leadership
• Coaching and mentoring
