General Cashier / Paymaster

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a strictly of confidential payroll of all employees. Under no circumstances in this information to be communicates to anyone without the approval of the financial controller or DHR.

2. To prepare monthly wage adjustment.

3. Responsible for processing manual labor voucher for terminated employees.

4. Responsible for processing monthly, yearly income tax calculation for employees.

5. Ensure all employees’ monthly payroll reports are correct and assist human resources in resolving any discrepancies.

6. Sending diskette to the bank and report payroll.

7. Process payroll tax report to revenue department.

8. To assist account payable for payroll amount and payroll tax to process the check.

9. Maintain all payroll record in accordance with the law.

10. Reconciliation for all account codes which concern with payroll.

11. Prepare monthly head count summary report.

12. Conduct twice a year payroll audit.

13. Check petty cash / petty cash advance from every department who request the money.

14. Assist AR supervisor to check invoice to collect the money

34. Perform other duties as required by Finance Controller

1 At least Bachelor degree in Accounting

2 At least 1 year experience in paymaster position or 2 years in cashiering supervisory position.

3 Analytical, organized, and detailed

4 Strong in inter-personality skill

5 Good knowledge of payroll system.

6 Proficiency in English communication
