Mô tả công việc

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Low voltage distribution boards.

2. Central air-conditioning plants.

3. Refrigeration plants.

4. Industrial laundry and kitchen machinery & equipment.

5. Steam plants.

6. Cold / hot water supply and distribution, sewage / waste water disposal, grease / separation.

7. Ability to adapt existing control and main wiring diagrams to suit any modifications.

8. Possesses a basic knowledge of middle voltage ( 11 kv ) networks and distribution and related control system.

9. Is capable of performing general administrative functions within department such as establishment of operational procedures, manuals, and etc.

10. Communicates and writes freely in English.

11. Demonstrates ability to efficiency supervise, instruct and motivate employees.

12. Maintains good physical appearance and a high standard of personnel hygiene.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least Technical College Diploma in Electrical Engineering

2. At least 5 year on-the-job-partly at junior management level job related supervisory experience in First class hotels, / Hospitals, Commercial building or Industrial factories

3. Good interpersonal skill and supervisory skill

4. Good English communication skill.
