- Communication daily with the management team, planning work schedules and checking client requirements

- Dealing with customer complaints, comments and enquiries

- Ensuring all events run smoothly

- Managing budgets and financial plans,

- Participate in sales and keep relations with all international events organizers and corporate planners

- Supervising maintenance, supplies and equipment

- Achieving profit targets

- Fully in charge of the property

- Oversee all operational aspects of ACC

- Researching markets to identify new business

- Taking responsibility for the recruitment, training, organization and monitoring of staff,
