As a start-up – Yen Living seek for people who are independent, proactive and eager to learn new things. We seek for people who are not afraid to step out of their comfort zones, take on new challenges and are willing to be involved in all aspects of their scopes - from planning to executing.
• Contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
• Support Customer Care staff and Customer Care Supervisor in paper works
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Maintain a high profile in the day to day front office operations.
• Identify different types of guests and their needs, providing an anticipatory service and exceeding their expectations.
• Ad-hoc task.
• The others concern the Customer Service.

• Working time: 5 days / week – from 2PM to 6PM
