Mô tả công việc

- Sourcing products & services to meet price target & quality standard

- Regularly keep price up-to-date & competitive

- Negotiate with suppliers & manage suppliers

- Training suppliers to use the system

- Follow up pending PR & PO to ensure goods delivered on time

- Develop & manage product items for assigned category

- Co-ordinate with Marketing team to understand Customers’ requirement

- Co-ordinate with other teams of the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible

- Assure to comply all law provisions related to purchasing, both global and local

- Comply with Company’s anti-corruption and bribery policies

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree: Major in Business Administration, Economics, Purchasing, Marketing or relevant field

- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills

- Having at least 1-2 year experience in the same position and interested in domestic purchasing

- Having experience in purchasing chemical/ packing material/ office supplies is an advantage

- Having experience in e-Commerce business area is preferred
