Mô tả công việc

- Working with operation manager to identify the recruitment need.

- Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms.

- Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.

- Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment and invite candidate to an appointment.

- Contacting applicants’ nominated referees to ascertain their work ethnic and experience.

- Meeting with and interviewing some staff level position

- Welcoming new employees on their first day, conducting orientation for new employee.

- Managing the lockers (issuing locker keys, make repair request, remind on cleanliness).

- Working with tailor, shoe maker to make uniform, shoes and name badge for new staff.

- Making finger print, input new employee data on HRM system.

- Working with meal and water supplier regarding menu, quantity and quality of staff meal.

- Checking timesheet of Norfolk Mansion, Norfolk Group, LVC.

- Scanning, photocopying, preparing document upon request.

- Order stationery.

- Making report to the Labor Department (Mansion, Group)

- Reporting on using of Certificate of Personal Income Tax Withholding book (Group, LVC fund)

- Order birthday voucher/card for employee, making related report to Accounting Department.

- Other task assigned by HRM

- Degree in human resources management or similar

- Extensive recruitment experience

- Familiar with pertinent recruiting tools

- Highly organized and thorough

- Excellent desktop research skills

- Empathic and helpful

- Good verbal and written communication skills
