• Controls all requisitions for general store items and operating equipment keeping expenses to the minimum without affecting the quality of the work.

• Maintains the highest quality of work possible through effective control and supervision of all employee tasks.

• Communicates regularly with the Food and Beverage Office through the daily morning meeting.

• Communicates and discussed any ideas concerning the restaurant with the Director of Food and Beverage.

• Communicates regularly with the Executive Chef concerning the general upkeep and cleanliness and repair of the back of house food and beverage area

• Communicates with sub-department heads on subjects pertaining to the cleanliness of the Back of house food and beverage areas.

• Plans and coordinates effectively for future trends of business and take action accordingly through effective communication and scheduling of department personnel.

• Attends Food and Beverage meetings and communicates results of those meetings with all employees

• Develops employees through effective guidance, coaching, and counseling.

• Makes proposals of Food and Beverage Manager in relation to the hiring and firing of the Employees.

• Controls all operating equipment such as chinaware, glassware, and cutlery in relation to cleanliness, general repair, and quantity with the aim of minimizing breakage and loss

• Performs inventories when directed in co-operation with the outlet supervisors and Accounting Department.

• Remains well informed of any future promotions or events about to, or taking place in the Hotel and communicates these to the Stewarding brigade.

• Maintains thorough knowledge of all facilities provided for the guests in the hotel including all other outlets.

• Maintains up-to-date stock control cards for all equipment in store.

• Performs budget for all operating equipment in conjunction with outlet supervisors and the Food and Beverage Office...

Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school

At least 3 years experience in 5 Star hotel

2. Sơ yếu lí lịch (có chứng thực của địa phương trong vòng 06 tháng trở lại,bắt buộc);

3. Bản sao các bằng cấp, chứng chỉ hoặc các giấy tờ thể hiện trình độ, khả năng nghiệp vụ của ứng viên (có chứng thực hoặc đối chiếu với bản gốc, bắt buộc);

4. Bản sao Hộ khẩu , Bản sao CMND, Bản sao giấy khai sinh (Có chứng thực);

5. Giấy xác nhận nhân sự có xác nhận của CA (mới nhất) hoặc Phiếu lý lịch tư pháp số 2;

6. 4 ảnh 4*6, 4 ảnh 3*4 (bắt buộc);

7. Giấy khám sức khỏe (Tại TT Y tế hoặc BV đa khoa tuyến tỉnh, huyện, bắt buộc);

8. Quyết định thôi việc đơn vị cũ, sổ BHXH (nếu có);

9. Quyết định thôi việc của đơn vị cũ hoặc xác nhận kết thúc HĐLĐ tại công ty cũ (nếu có);
