Mô tả công việc

  • Source and attract candidates by using Databases, Social media, Employee referral, etc.;
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
  • Be in charge of interviews and provide suitable recruits for all departments timely;
  • Manage job offer including negotiation and administration;
  • Monitor, apply HR recruiting best practices and create new recruiting ideas;
  • Maintain recruiting data of HR software and report the progress on assigned job vacancies, provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process;
  •  Other duties assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
  • At least 02 - 03 years of experience in recruiting for a large sized, mass.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Hard-working, flexible and willing to learn.
  • Adapt quickly to changes.
  • Positive mindset.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and supporting to colleagues.
  • Good English in communication and writing.
