Mô tả công việc

  • To be responsible for direct sales solicitation through the strategic implementation of effective sales activities.
  • To keep well informed about products (lodging, catering and other facilities).
  • To set, in conjunction with the General Manager, the current rates of the property.
  • To closely observe matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
  • To implement policies and procedures as directed by the General Manager.
  • To forecast future travel patterns and provided trade feedback to the management.
  • To make plan and execute sales calls effectively and efficiently.
  • To increase or exceed all established sales goals.
  • To maintain regular contacts with his/her clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
  • To be aware at all times of property’s special program/promotions and advertising schedule of it in order to deal knowledgeably with clients.
  • To maintain contacts with professional people, the press, media, government officials, corporate companies and with any persons who are clients or potential clients as well as Frasers Hospitality Corporate Office’s sales persons .
  • Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the property.
  • Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress.
  • Develop and foster good rapport with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the property.
  • Ensure all sales advertising and public relations efforts provide optimum profit returns

  • To be strong business orientation in three aptitudes : - Diagnosis & analysis (Analytical mind, conceptual skills, good environment understanding); - Share his/her conviction (Driving force, relational skills, highly committed);- Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active.
  • 3 to 5 years experience, pre-opening experience is a top priority
  • To be strong guest service orientation
  • To be strong background in corporate market
  • To have hospitality management qualification
  • To be excellent social, presentation and communication skills
  • To be fluent in English & Vietnamese
