Tuyển Dụng Trợ Lý CEO/Manager Full-time/Part-time

• In charge of scheduling meeting schedule, update on general platforms, track important events
• Translating the documents, Vietnamese to English and vice versa
• Handling some paperwork related to legality and contracts (office lease, room rental, branding, franchising, etc.)
• Meeting and greeting visitors, partners and CEO at all levels of seniority
• Liaising with clients, suppliers (for quotation and price research)
• Carrying out market research and presenting findings for new projects/ products/ services
• Supporting CEO with personal tasks
• Writing report for the operation and financial in every project the company invests
• Supporting Manager to keep track and update finance and performance data
• Supporting in doing guest experience agent (GEA) tasks
• Help to handle some marketing tasks
• Suggesting to modify or add any company regulations and policy

• Working hours:
• + FULL TIME: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (2 days off)

+ PART-TIME: 4-5 shifts/ week

+ Be flexible to arrange the schedule base on the study schedule

SALARY:

Negotiation ($200 - $350)

Salary negotiation on performance-based after 3 months.
