Quy Nhơn - Operation Manager - Vunam Eco Resort

Working Location: Vunam Eco Resort - Cát Hải Commune, Phù Cát District, Quy Nhơn, Bình Định

- Plan and oversee all front of house and guest service processes from the arrival of guests to their departure in order to ensure the meeting of guest needs.

- Cooperate with the different departments within operations on the formulation of the annual budget and the operation plan.

- To assist in the planning of the budget and forecast of the revenues and expenditures associated with the specific business/operations.

- To assist in the strategic objectives, actions plans and set targets to Balance Score Card.

- To assist in the continual improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of services and products provided.

- Lead and contribute to increase Customer Satisfaction level and the ratio of Compliments against Complaints.

- Oversee the development and implementation of creative plans/programs that anticipate and meet guest needs and interests.

- Protect the welfare and interest of guests and ensure the safekeeping of the property.

- Manage, motivate and develop the operations team in order to effectively achieve the objectives of the unit.

- Work closely with the different operations and S&M team to achieve/maximize guest satisfactions.

- Co-ordinate with S&M on apartment status to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- Prepare management reports and other reports when assigned.

- Ensure a high standard of discipline is carried out throughout the Front Desk staff, i.e. Policy & Procedure and standard operating Procedure are followed at all times.

- Actively participate in all work assigned and ensure the best possible result within the shortest time.

- Effectively manage all aspects of our all-day dining restaurant to achieve best possible yield and operation standards.

- Reports to GM & Director

- Professional and active working environment

- Male Vietnamese;

- University graduate – English major;

- At least minimum 3 years experience in Operation Manager position.

- Knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage

- Excellent command of English, both verbal & written;

- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, self motivated, enthusiastic;

- Creative thinking and strong analytical skills;

- Organizing, planning and prioritizing skills;

- Very good computer literacy (Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel);

- Excellent communication skills, positive work attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
