Mô tả công việc

Implement the CRM with business requirements from the different Business Units
Implement integration application between the CRM to AX system, follow technical design from Technical Lead/CRM Manager
Customize Dynamics CRM entity, field, view, business rule…follow Microsoft best practice and technical design
Implementing JavaScript, workflow, plugin… based on requirement and technical design
Implement Dashboard, Report based on business requirement
Work with CRM Manager for technical design and solution
Understand and maintenance existing CRM system and integration applications
Support end users to use CRM in good way
Ability to learn new techniques and features related to Dynamics CRM 365 online

Yêu cầu công việc

. At least 3-5-years experience,

. Experience in project planning and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives,

. Strong expertise in managing technical projects related to ERP / CRM

. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish strategies

. Demonstrated analytical and technical skill set with the ability to synthesize data points to define and execute strategic initiatives

. Demonstrated leadership

. Excellent communication skills, and be able to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply

Annam Gourmet Market opened its first store in Ho Tung Mau Street in Ho Chi Minh City in 2001. Annam Gourmet Market opened one more store in An Phu, HCMC in 2004, one in Hanoi in 2008, and another store in Phu My Hung, HCMC in 2009 due to the growing demand for availability of international-quality food and beverage. The stores carry a large display of gourmet groceries, cheese, organic products, gluten-free products, fruit and vegetables, gourmet deli, wine and other beverages. The product range and service has expanded immensely since the start and continues to respond to the local community’s feedback and suggestions. At two of the stores, you can meet and chat with your friends over coffee or a glass of wine with a platter of cheese at our Annam Gourmet Lounge Café.
