1. Hỗ trợ Kỹ sư trưởng, đáp ứng các mục tiêu chung cùa bộ phận. Provide a support service to the Engineering Managers to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department.
2. Tuân theo quy trình và kế hoạch bảo trì của bộ phận. Comply with Properly preventive maintenance.
3. Đảm bảo luôn có đủ vật tư, thiết bị để sẵn sàng thay thế đảm bảo sự hoạt động liên lục của hệ thống. To ensure that sufficient appropriate spares and materials are available at all times to enable smooth continuity of work.
4. Lắp đặt, bảo trì, và sửa chữa hệ thống điện như trạm biến thế, máy phát điện, tủ điện, tủ ATS; và các trang thiết bị điện liên quan nhưng không giới hạn đối với hệ thống khác như điều hòa không khí và thông gió, PCCC, cấp thoát và xử lý nước, thiết bị giặt ủi & bếp, các loại bơm và mô tơ… Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical system such as transformer station, generator, ATS, DB, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixture; and related equipment including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, Fire system, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, water and sewage treatment plants; motor, pumps…
5. Đảm bảo tất cả các đèn hư trong tòa nhà phải được thay thế ngay. To ensure that any burnt out light bulbs are replaced immediately.
6. Vận hành các thiết bị âm thanh ánh sáng, TV…cho những sự kiện quan trọng và khi được yêu cầu. Operates audio, video and TV equipment for special functions as and when requested.
7. Chuẩn đoán các hỏng hóc của hệ thống, trang thiết bị, các bộ phận máy, sử dụng các dụng cụ cầm tay, thiết bị kiểm tra để xác định các nguyên nhân gây hư hỏng và sửa chữa. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
8. Kiểm tra và ghi nhận sự hoạt động của thiết bị và hệ thống vào bảng theo dõi định kỳ. Monitors and records performance of equipment and systems by help of regulated log sheet.
9. Hướng dẫn và đào tạo lắp đặt, bảo trì hoặc sửa chữa các đường dây, trang thiết bị điện cho nhân viên. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
10. Lập kế hoạch sơ bộ hoặc căn cứ theo thiết kế cơ bản để xác định việc lắp đặt dây dẫn và trang thiết bị điện sao cho phù hợp với quy định của khách sạn và tiêu chuẩn về an toàn. Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
11. Kiểm tra hệ thống, thiết bị và các bộ phận liên quan để phát hiện các rủi ro, khiếm khuyết tiềm tàng và cần thiết để điều chỉnh, sửa chữa sao cho phù hợp với các quy định. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
12. Báo cáo Ban giám đốc các sự việc có thể gây nguy hiểm đối với sự hoạt động của các thiết bị máy móc cũng như hệ thống điện hiện hữu. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous and advises on improvements to present electrical systems.
13. Triển khai bố trí và lắp đặt các đường dây, trang thiết điện bị dựa trên tính chất công việc và tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
14. Thực hiện các công việc hành chánh như ghi chép, lưu trữ hồ sơ, lập báo cáo, đặt hàng, vật tư. Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment.
15. Giữ mối quan hệ và giám sát các nhà thầu bảo trì trong tòa nhà sao cho đảm bảo đáp ứng được các tiêu chuẩn đã được đặt ra. Liaise and supervise Property Maintenance Contractors on site and ensure appropriate standards are met.
16. Giữ thái độ nhã nhặn tại nơi làm việc và thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến dự án hoặc khi được yêu cầu bởi cấp quản lý của mình. Retains a flexible attitude in the workplace and perform any related duties and special projects where and when instructed by his supervisor/engineer.
17. Đảm bảo hoàn thành các công việc được giao với một thời gian hợp lý và tuân theo tiêu chuẩn và được quy định bởi quản lý bộ phận. Perform all assigned tasks to ensure the works have been completed in a reasonable time frame and to a standard and as set by the Engineering management.
18. Thực hiện những công việc có liên quan theo yêu cầu. Performs other related work as required.
19. Tự giác đảm bảo tuân theo tất cả quy định về An toàn - Vệ sinh - Sức khỏe tại nơi làm việc và theo các chính sách của tập đoàn đề ra. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and WMC Policies.
20. Tham gia đội phản ứng nhanh/ khẩn cấp trong tòa nhà. To participate in the Hotel Emergency Response Team (ERT).
21. Tham dự các lớp đào tạo huấn luyện, trao đổi về an toàn và các lớp cần thiết khác của khách sạn. To attend Life Safety instruction classes and any other Hotel training schemes deemed necessary.
22. Ý thức tiết kiệm năng lượng và bảo vệ môi trường. Environmental protection, energy and water saving.
23. Đảm bảo khu vực làm việc luôn được giữ gọn gàng và sạch sẽ. Ensures working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
24. Tham dự các buổi họp khi được yêu cầu. Attend meetings as required.
