Assistant IT Manager (URGENTLY)

GENERAL PURPOSE

Responsible for ensuring that the hotel computer system(s) are installed and operating properly, that system security measures are in place and adhere to hotel and AKYN’s standards and guidelines

MAIN DUTIES

• To assign and supervise the operation of IT Department.

• To make development plan and maintenance of IT system.

• To propose and consult the Board of Management in managing and distribution of IT equipment with the purpose to enhance the effectiveness usage.

• To study on new technologies for applying into hotel’s IT systems.

• To organize and manage the hotel’s server system, to ensure the server’s security, appropriate rights of user’s access.

• To consult Departments on choosing of appropriate computers.

• To make plan and maintain hotel’s computers.

• To assign and supervise the managing the web server, email server of the hotel.

• To organize the training for IT relating fields in accordance with hotel’s demands.

• Manages the configuration reports, job control languages, program files and data files on the computer system(s) to ensure maximum operating efficiency.

•Administer all user ID’s, passwords, and the most sensitive system utilities, secures all touchy resources and critical libraries.

•Ensures that all systems are covered by the proper maintenance contracts and that preventive maintenance is performed as required.

•Provide a monthly written progress report to the Director of Finance, with copies to department heads.

Bằng Cử nhân hoặc Văn bằng trong lĩnh vực Hệ thống Thông tin hoặc ngành liên quan.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information System field or related desired.
Ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
At least 02-year experience on the same position.
Tiếng Anh: khả năng viết và giao tiếp tốt.
English: good writing and communication skills
Có kiến thức và khả năng quản lý tốt hệ thống Opera, PMS, Micros POS, PBX, Hậu sảnh và hệ
thống TV.
Good knowledge & management in Opera, PMS, Micros POS, PBX, Back office, and TV systems.
