REPORTING LINES
• Direct report— General Director
• Direct subordinates — All Departmental Managers which are also on the job training facilitators and all Theoretical Teachers as well as school administration team such as Admission and Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES - GENERAL
To facilitate, coordinate, professionalize to set up and build up a strong Academy team in the field of Hospitality and Tourism in order to become a first leading institution in Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES - OTHER
• Prepare the center's annual budget in consultation with the General Director, Chief Accountant and Operations Manager and establishes benchmarks for teachers and personnel to achieve.Develop and comply with the annual budget.
• Periodically reviews, audits and inspects school's facilities; classrooms, computers, canteens, restrooms, IT laboratories, Library and any school-based Demonstration Rooms and all other facilities, and works to ensure these are upgraded, well-maintained, safe and fully functional.
• Conducts periodic meetings or get-togethers with parents or students Employers and schoolteachers to encourage close collaboration among educational stakeholders in improving the performance of students.
Study program:
• Work with the team to create the standard program to be recognized by the nation as the leading practical learning institution.
• Benchmark the school program to international training institutions with coordination of the EHL which will bring the whole team to become professional educator in the field of business.
Competency and Curriculums:
• Identify and Edit the competency of Academy by benchmarking the competency standard as international skills in the field of Hospitality and Tourism.
Curriculum:
• Enable team in capacity of writing curriculum to adapt to developing market both locally and regionally.Unit and Lessons must be put in good structure for students in different skills to catch up easily and stay motivated to learn as well.
Practical Activities:
• Make sure the Training Hotel and Restaurant activities are well prepared to train and show the students how to be skilled people with working ethics.
Management:
• Identify a clear teaching schedule and conduct regular class observations.
Administration:
• Work with Student affairs and Admin office to deal with Admin job such as letters, HR procedure,
Students:
• Follow up student quality not only in School but also in apprentice system and internship area in company, make sure that every student signs agreement regarding the Academy Values, Ethics and Equality.
Partnerships and Communication:
• Create Relationships and partnerships in Education with other similar institutions.
• Keep relation with them with cooperation from student affairs office and Internship office of the Academy

Professional Experience
• 5 - 10 years of experience as a Dean or Assistant Dean and a preferrance if also already have some experience in Hospitality Operations
Academic Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Education
• Proven history in improving teaching performance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
