Mô tả công việc

Handle internal and external phone calls courteously and professionally
Receive and process guest requests and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, etc.) to fulfill guest needs
Assist in handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems
