REPORTING LINES
Direct report— General Director / Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES—GENERAL
To manage hotel website system, to deploy the marketing, room selling on internet in order to achieve internet room booking plan.
Daily update hotel room rate on websites to ensure rate parity.
Daily update hotel allotment on websites to maximize sales and revenue.
Daily check guest review on websites, summary guest review.
Daily check online reservation made within the day, ensure the booking was input correctly in PMS.
Daily check online arrivals in next day, avoiding of lacking online booking in PMS.
Daily check competitors rate & promotions on online website.
Daily check online departure in Opera PMS.
Daily check departure on websites and properly amend to ensure the correction of revenue contribution and commission payment for websites.
Weekly report production via online channels.
Monthly report production via each online channels (RN, ADR, Room Rev, Total Rev).
Support Audit/Payable Accountant in checking websites commission.
Closely work with Reservation in term of online bookings to ensure a smooth process of the department.
Support FO checking online booking.
Report to RM/ADOS/GM when competitors have considerable change in term of room rate/promotion.
Summary and analysis competitor rate check via online channels.
Suggest the manager team if any idea of rate/package/promotion for the purpose of increasing revenue.
Analysis the contribution of online channels (compare with the total revenue, contribution from promotion...)
Handle questions/ complains from guest booking online about rate/ promotion/payment method/process of booking.
Report to RM/ADOS/GM about our hotel ranking on websites and guest’s comments.
Keep good relationship with website managers and have their support in term of increasing hotel image, revenue, and handle troubles.
Maintain a very good reputation for the hotel and assist to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.
Be understanding and supportive, encouraging and helpful to all subordinates.
Have a good working relationship with all colleagues and employees of the Hotel.
Report to Revenue Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing.
To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by Management from time to time.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Working in the FE sector/an FE college
2 - 3 year experience on the same position.
Excellent skills In Customer Service.
Well organized.

Diploma/ Certificate in Business Administration, Hotel Management preferred.
English: good writing and communication skills.
IT skills: good in Microsoft office.
