- Prepare activities/equipment’s for guest use and ensure set up conforms to departmental standards

- Ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service (assistance and instruction where required).

- Has detailed knowledge of all water sports activities information and safety

- Make sure safety brief provided to every single guest use

- Introduce, guide for guest use of any Water Sport activities

- Observer guest using activities at all time and helping guest if needed

- Provide guest water, towel as standard set up

- You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that are applicable for restaurants & bars and you ensure that you implement them within the service processes.

- To report and treat all our guests and beach problems as soon as possible to superior.

- Attends regular Lifeguard training sessions to ensure ongoing personal development and compliance of the requirements of the National Lifeguard qualification.

- Maintains and cleans Water Sports equipment.

- To provide first aid and CPR, and/or beach rescue skill as needed

- Able to drive the rescue Boat if needed

- To ensures that any dangerous or flammable items are properly and safety stored on the beach

- Carry out specific activity programs as required.

- Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to supervisor.

- Provide assistance with other activities or events.

- Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.

- Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming and hygiene guidelines.

- Assist and performance additional task given by Supervisor/Assistant/Manager.

• Qualifications: High school or above, prefer graduation from University of Physical Education and Sport. Lifeguard and first aid certificate needed
• Experience: 2 year experience working as Water field in 4 or 5 stars international hotel. Good swimming know any activities in recreational
• Language: Good communication in English
