Mô tả công việc

Ensure an efficient and accurate filing system, maintaining both manually and automatic at all times.
Fully archive and support records of all Agreements, Business, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel
Assist in the compilation and preparation of Business Reports
Assist in conducting in-depth competitor research and sustainably maintaining hotel product knowledge.
Assist in the transmission of hotel related information to customers upon request.
Participate in sales campaigns.
Support sales staff with business by phone and schedule appointments for sales staff when required.
Other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum internship period of 3 months

• Good command of English

• Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint…)

• Good communication skills
