Spa Receptionist

• Warmly welcome guests, provide information about spa services, and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience. Ability to increase sales and encourage customers to return.

• Handle reservations, schedule treatments, and coordinate with therapists to ensure timely service.

• Promote and upsell spa retail products, provide demonstrations, and advise guests on product usage.

• Answer questions regarding spa services, facilities, and promotions with professionalism and accuracy.

• Process payments, handle billing, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

• Maintain clear communication with guests and internal departments to support smooth spa operations.

• Assistant Spa Manager/ Spa Supervisor with reports, inventory checks, and daily operational tasks. Regularly attend and support spa and hotel training sessions and staff meetings. Take care of spa property and equipment.

• Achieve revenue targets, monthly forecasts, minimize costs, and meet LQA mystery audit scores.

• Work overtime when required, comply with training plan (6 hrs/month low season, 4 hrs/month high season).

• Comply strictly with professional grooming and hygiene.

• 2-month probation period with 100% salary and full-service charge
• 5 working days per week as regulated
