Reservation Supervisor | Giám Sát Đặt Phòng (Based in Ho Chi Minh city)

GENERAL PURPOSE

Reservation Supervisor ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. Manages and coordinates activities of reservation team members providing reservations and customer services skills.

MAIN TASKS

• Ensure Reservation and Front Office Departments are constantly aware of availability states open, on request, closed dates, high demand dates etc.
• Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
• Handling key-in and amendment in groups pre-arrival process and preparing group rooming lists.
• Responsible for the inventory management and allocation to avoid the overbooking.
• Understand and enforce hotel and company credit policies and ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions and payment methods are applied to the reservations.
• Records and files all reservation correspondence neatly and accurately on prescribed forms or folders.
• Ensure all reservation modifications are updated on the property management system immediately and accurately in case of any changes.
• Acquaint yourself with the regular callers and acknowledges them by name, learn and use telephone courtesies.
• Enquire and get the correct information regarding the exact details of the reservations. Takes note of special requests on the reservationsform, such as VIP, extra bed, baby-cot, complimentary amenities etc.
• Ensures all work areas are clean, tidy and in order.
• Attends daily briefings and participates in a positive manner.
• Lead team members by setting a positive example. Instruct, train and develop team members.
• To plan and implement an effective training program for all employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum of efficiency.

 Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân các chuyên ngành về Kinh tế, Khách Sạn, Quản trị kinh doanh.
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration major.
 Tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
 Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt.
Good English communication skill
 Sử dụng khá Excel, Word và Power point.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
 Kiến thức về phần mềm quản lý khách sạn (Opera/ Protel/ Smile…), hệ thống Cadena là một lợi thế. Kỹ năng vi tính tốt
Knowledge of Hotel PMS (Opera/ Protel/ Smile…), CADENA system and good skills of Microsoft Office.
