Mô tả công việc

-Supervise day to day the Asian station

- Supervise all food preparation areas including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria to ensure a consistent, high quality food products.

- Cooking, deliver on the job training to the team

- Support Sous Chef/ Executive Sous Chef in Planning and implementation for short term and long term strategies to improve guests’ satisfaction of food quality to enhance food and beverage and promotion revenues.

Participates in training the Restaurant and Catering staff on menu items including ingredients, preparation methods and unique tastes. Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions. Assists with an effective kitchen equipment repair and maintenance program.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Nam

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/ Đại Học chuyên ngành liên quan.

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp căn bản.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm trong môi trường khách sạn-nhà hàng là một lợi thế.

- Siêng năng, trung thực; linh hoạt trong thời gian làm việc.
