Mô tả công việc

Based in property and reports to Chief Engineer/ Director of Engineer
Assist in maintenance of the building, plumbing & sanitary, Equipment kitchen, mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems of the property.
Lead, manage, train and guide a team of technicians and vendors/contractors including property orientation for new hires.
Inspecting maintenance work and hands-on for troubleshooting and repairs
Respond, resolve and close rectification request cases within timeline.

Yêu cầu công việc

A minimum of two years’ managerial experience in a similar environment.
Min. Diploma / ITE in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
Well-versed in building and M&E code of practices.
Able to read building, plumbing & sanitary, fire-protection, mechanical and electrical plans.
Experience and knowledge of building, plumbing & sanitary, mechanical and electrical(M&E) maintenance related technical skills.
