1. Ability to prepare and serve food within the given time period
2. Ability to use machinery equipment, kitchen utensils
3. Responsible for keeping the kitchen area clean, meeting safety and hygiene standards
4. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation of ingredients and stay up to date with new recipes and new preparation methods
5. Undertake the receipt of goods and certify that all ordered items are delivered fully and with quality
6. Undertake the storage of warehouses, report to superiors the missing or exhausted materials, spoiled materials that need to be handled promptly
7. Present the dish according to the arrangement and request of the chef
8. Participate in training sessions and apply them to daily work activities
9. Follow the cleaning schedule for the kitchen as specified.
