Fit Lounge Attendant / Nhân viên trung tâm thể thao

• Welcome members/guests and answer phone calls.
• Check Daily Log Book, Out-of-Order Record, and Towel Change Record for accuracy.
• Ensure showers, locker rooms, lights, and overall cleanliness of the Fitness Centre.
• Clean and tidy counters, shelves; refill towels, T-shirts, and shorts.
• Collect membership cards, record details, provide linen items and locker keys, and return cards upon departure.
• Monitor supplies (towels, toilet rolls, stationery) and request replenishment as needed.
• Provide guests with information on facilities and services.
• Handle payments, issue bills, update membership expiry dates and records; ensure all payments are double-checked.
• Maintain income logs, update weekly membership list, and remind unpaid members to renew.
• Collect and return float money to the front desk cashier daily.

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good computer skills - Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details
• Working experience with Opera system is an advantage
• Having experiences at the same position in hospitality is a plus
