- Front office tasks according to hotel standard

- Welcome guests, do check-in and check-out procedures for guests.

- Communicating with guests, understanding their needs, consulting services for guests. Answer all questions of guests during their stay.

- Answer the phone, receive and answer all incoming calls.

- Coordinate with other departments in the hotel.

- Other jobs will be discussed in detail during the interview

- Attractive salary and bonus according to ability

- The salary is commensurate with the ability, the benefits are very good

- Fully paid social insurance according to state regulations

- Annual vacation, meal support between shifts

- 13th month salary, bonus on holidays and New Year

- Graduated from school training major hospitality or tourism

- Fluent in English is required, other language is a plus (Japanese, Korean, Chinese,..)
