Mô tả công việc

Divide work shifts, check uniforms, service skills of waiters, tables, bars.
Receive requests from departments and assign work to specialized staff.
Monitor employee preparation activities at the beginning of the shift, evaluate the quality of work performed
Make sure the preparations are ready before serving customers.
Monitor the service process of staff to ensure that the service standards of the hotel - restaurant are met, customers are satisfied.
Flexibly mobilize support staff to work when crowded.
Support the setup process and serve customers.
Receive special requests, feedback from guests and coordinate with relevant departments to solve them satisfactorily for customer satisfaction.
Proactively solve problems that occur during service and payment in accordance with standard hotel-restaurant operations.
Handle service quality complaints to avoid repeating the same error and save the content in the monitoring book.

Experience in a similar position or years of experience in a team leader position.
Good conversational English.
Basic computer skills
Agile, honest, good communication skills, willing to work in shifts, overtime.
