Mô tả công việc

Content Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of online marketing plans within approved budget, which may include projects for new store opening (NSO). He/she will also measure results of all activities and campaigns for timely reporting. In addition, he/she is responsible for ensure brand identity guidelines are adhered to in all communication, collaterals and store visuals.
Content Manager manages all social media channels, campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction. This role includes the creation of contents that build brand awareness and gain customer’s experience and satisfaction; execute online marketing activities and coordinates between internal and external parties to achieve desired results.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: business administration, marketing, digital marketing or communications and design

Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2C marketing / advertising / social media / digital agency experience

Circumstances: Able to work outside standard office hours
