Mô tả công việc

Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs. Responsible for answering calls in order, recording guest requests, coordinate the response to the guest issues/ requests and follow up with the guests to ensure satisfaction with the result(s). Exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and fully own each guest issue. Be proactive in every area including offering additional services in communication with guests.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese

• Good communication skills with pleasant voice

• Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing personalized customers and personal services

• Able to develop and maintain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs.

• Be of great interest in working with guests over the phone

• Able to use Microsoft Office software and Internet browsers

• Creative, well organized, able to work in shifts/night shifts and under high pressure
