1. Handover the shift.

3. Check the level of water in water tank and boiler, record in Boiler checklist logbook.

Kiểm tra mực nước trong bể nước và lò hơi, ghi vào sổ nhật ký kiểm tra lò hơi.

4. Check the steam pressure on the meter, safe level 3 kg< xx< 5 kg then record in Boiler checklist logbook.

Kiểm tra áp suất hơi trên đồng hồ, mức an toàn 3 kg <xx <5 kg rồi ghi vào sổ nhật ký kiểm tra lò hơi.

5. Check the valves and proceed to the open bottom of boiler.

Kiểm tra các van và tiến hành mở đáy lò hơi.

6. Check the safe valves, pull the valves to test about status.

Kiểm tra van an toàn, kéo van để kiểm tra trạng thái.

7. Clean the boiler.

Vệ sinh lò hơi

8. Collect the cinder - coal trash (the work was repeated many time in shift).

Thu gom tro than (công việc này lặp đi lặp lại nhiều lần trong ca).

9. Add new coal to the boiler, turn on the exhaust fan to push the fire.

Cho than mới vào lò hơi, bật quạt thông gió để bật lửa.

10. Always to keep steam pressure at around 5 kilogram.

Luôn giữ áp suất hơi khoảng 5 kg.

11. Check the quantity of Coal and report Assistant Chief Engineer to order.

Kiểm tra số lượng Than và báo cáo Phó Bộ phận Kĩ thuật để đặt mua.

12. Coordination with Supervisor in order to Complete repair work according to maintenance request form.

Phối hợp với Giám sát Kĩ thuật hoàn thành công việc sửa chữa theo phiếu yêu cầu bảo trì.

13. Support all team to clean the equipment and machine rooms.

Hỗ trợ mọi người trong bộ phận vệ sinh thiết bị và các phòng máy

14. Record in ENG logbook.
