Training Supervisor / Giám sát đào tạo

1. Ensures that all new employees attend the Hotel Orientation program

2. Conducts training needs analysis of the hotel and departments.

3. Coordinates with Department Heads, develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives.

4. Designs, produces and implements training programs to meet specific department/hotel needs.

5. Establishes a training library of books, videos, journals and resources to assist trainer and employee development.

6. Prepares and administer the training calendar on a regular basis.

7. Ensures all employees receive ongoing training in Best Western International Training Programs.

8. Facilitates management training programs.

9. Sources and obtains specialist assistance to conduct training when needed.

10. Monitors all training activities conducted on and off site.

11. Evaluates training effectiveness by attending as many training sessions as possible.

12. Liaises with educational institutions conducting hospitality training courses.

13. Maintains an up to date record of suppliers of training resources.

14. Administer the training budget and purchase training materials as required.

15. Assists in the selection and appointment of new employees within the training department.

16. Attends meetings as required.

17. Implements opportunities for quality Team Building.

18. Ensures that all employees comply with the grooming and uniform standards.

19. Ensures compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.

20. Complies with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.

21. Actively promotes a working environment, which cares for guests and employees alike.

22. Manages the administration of trainees and apprentices on the property.

- Bachelor Degree in Education or any HR-related field

- At least 3 years of working experience in the similar position

- Strong interpersonal skills; Presentation skill

- Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. 4 ảnh 4*6, 4 ảnh 3*4 (bắt buộc);

7. Giấy khám sức khỏe (Tại TT Y tế hoặc BV đa khoa tuyến tỉnh, huyện, bắt buộc);

8. Quyết định thôi việc đơn vị cũ, sổ BHXH (nếu có);

9. Quyết định thôi việc của đơn vị cũ hoặc xác nhận kết thúc HĐLĐ tại công ty cũ (nếu có);
