Mô tả công việc

1. REPORTING LINES

• Direct report—General Director

• Direct subordinates—Operational staff

2. RESPONSIBILITIES — GENERAL

• Implement the VET by EHL centre strategy in the line of activities carried out by the operations team and set objectives in Operations to be able to achieve the strategy.

• Develop and comply with the annual budget

• Responsible for all financial results recorded of the Operations

• General management of the Operations

• Report information to the Management Team and any other department/position concerned on the running of all Operations matters.

• Ensure that the operations work in the most professional, effective and efficient way:

o To provide the best learning example to the students

o To create the best value for money for the internal and external guests

o To make the operations as profitable as possible

• Create and maintain within the operations department a work culture of professionalism, client orientation, entrepreneurship and empowerment

4. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years of experience in Hospitality Operations

• Management experience

• Academic Qualification: minimum—Bachelor’s degree

• Language: competent in written and spoken English
