Mô tả công việc

1. Processes reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.
Xử lý đặt phòng qua thư, điện thoại, telex, cáp, fax hoặc hệ thống đặt phòng.
2. Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
Thực hiện công tác đặt phòng từ văn phòng bán hàng, các bộ phận khác của khách sạn, và đại lý du lịch.
3. Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
Biết các loại phòng có sẵn cũng như vị trí và cách bố trí của chúng.
4. Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
Nắm rõ trạng thái bán, giá và lợi ích của tất cả các gói.
5. Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
Biết chính sách tín dụng của khách sạn và cách mã hóa từng trường hợp đặt phòng.
6. Communicates reservation information to the front desk.
Truyền đạt thông tin đặt phòng đến quầy lễ tân.
7. Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
Xử lý hủy bỏ và sửa đổi, và chuyển ngay thông tin này đến quầy lễ tân.
8. Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
Xử lý thư từ hàng ngày. Trả lời các câu hỏi và thực hiện đặt phòng khi cần thiết.
9. To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required.
Nắm được tất cả các thủ tục lễ tân và hỗ trợ các nhiệm vụ lễ tân khi có yêu cầu.
10. Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house.
