Night Auditor (Kiểm Toán Viên Ca Đêm)

• Audit guest accounts to ensure room rates, charges, and market codes are accurate and properly documented.
• Ensure all night audit checklist tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with hotel credit policies and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date hotel financial records.
• Be fully familiar with hotel emergency procedures and prepared to perform assigned duties during incidents (e.g., fire, power outage, security threats).
• Support the Night Manager in enforcing hotel security policies to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Serve as a professional representative of Fusion Original Saigon Centre in handling guest issues and incidents.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with other departments (housekeeping, engineering, F&B, etc.) to ensure seamless night operations.
• Possess working knowledge of hotel systems and platforms such as MC Materials, Intelity, Cadena, Opera PMS, and Symphony POS.
• Demonstrate a “work better together” attitude and support night team members (e.g., contractors, porters, cleaners, room service).

2. Operational Duties

• Perform end-of-day financial procedures, including posting charges, reconciling accounts, and rolling the system date.
• Ensure all departmental transactions for the day are accurately posted and balanced.
• Assist Night Manager in preparing forecasts, audit reports, and night summaries.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts or out-of-balance items.
• Manage last-minute reservations and ensure accurate, prompt entry into the PMS.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in investigations related to guest or staff incidents when required.
• Print contingency reports and ensure guest data is available for emergency response.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to interact professionally with guests, team members, and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to excellence.
