Restaurant Attendant (Nhân Viên Nhà Hàng)

• Complete all mise-en-place duties accurately and on time, following established standards and instructions.
• Provide prompt and professional food and beverage service by the service sequence and hotel standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the food menu, beverage list, and wine offerings to confidently address guest inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, stewards, bar team, and housekeeping to support smooth operational flow and timely service delivery.
• Handle the collection and delivery of restaurant linen and laundry as per hotel procedures.
• Retrieve supplies from the storeroom under inventory and requisition guidelines.
• Support the upkeep of the restaurant by promptly reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate department.
• Participate in front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning duties as directed to maintain hygiene and presentation standards.
• Address guest complaints professionally, where possible or promptly escalate them to the supervisor for resolution.

• Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt.
• Thời lượng ca làm việc: 8 tiếng/ngày (bao gồm 30 phút nghỉ giữa ca).
