Mô tả công việc

Directs and controls the activities of all events and functions of Hôtel des Arts Saigon
Liaises with all Sales and Marketing offices and hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups and functions to ensure the successful of planning and execution of these events
Responsible for overseeing the activities of all in house groups ensuring events are executed as planned and customer expectations are met
Conducts site inspection on behalf of sales and marketing for corporate organizations and travel agencies
Assists in the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget. Helps to maximize the yield of the hotel and control department expenses
Provides lead and information to the relevant sales & marketing offices regarding business potential, competitor activities and new products, services and activities within the hotel
Assists in the maintenance of efficient administration, preparing and submitting reports on time as directed
Maintains supplies of brochure, slides and relevant collaterals, re-ordering when required
Prepares and issues client proposal letters, thank you letters and any additional correspondence as necessary.
Acts as a hotel’s representative to present our product to reach the positive decision from clients
Convinces and recommends the place in the hotel for meals during period of stay , propose menu choices to match with guest’s requirement and theme, entertainment, special gift which get along with their purpose of visit
Conducts training and update hotel information and what’s going on in hotel to subordinators
Creates mini SOP for getting smooth and clearly in procedure of work in both internal and external department
Handles all PR and communication matters for write-up such as media visit for site inspection or experience our property, photo shooting, experiences the property, host meals or drinks and etc.
Monitors and controls the image of hotel in term of media visit
Monitors and controls the use of hotel meeting facilities and venue for events both for internal and external guests
Keeps comprehensive records of all training activities and maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time
Surveys the competitor, marketing share to develop the sales strategy
Solves the problem of all client’s issuing to be reached the most satisfaction at all times
Ensure that myself and subordinator keep presenting the warmth welcome and hospitality from the bottom of the heart to all clients
