Job Description:

• Ensure high standard of customer care and treatment is delivered to each guest by all staff

• Responsible for the hiring, training and direction of new employees

• Manage phone calls and book appointments with guests

• Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments

• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.

• Assist in the daily maintenance of Spa services and sales to achieve optimal levels of revenues

• Responsible for maintaining the quality of the product and ensuring consistency in delivery and standards.

• Be a leader in contributing a positive team atmosphere for learning and development

• Report on a regular basis to higher director on the performance of Spa against budgets, sales and profit projections.

• Complete other duties and services as assigned by GM

-Working time:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 - 17:00

• Afternoon Shift: 11:00 – 19:00

• Night Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

• 6 days/week

•Salary: From 12 mil-20 mil

• 2 months of probation with full salary
