Mô tả công việc

1/ RECRUITMENT

- Fill up vacant positions in all department timely (both internship, casual labour and official labour)

- Modify or create the job description and requirements to suit with current recruitment demands

- Develop various recruitment methods, channels, networks to ensure the recruitment efficiency

- Arrange and process recruitment activities

2/ TRAINING

- Develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs

- Plan, propose, develop, and provide training and development programs for staff

- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires

- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials

- Develop testing and evaluation procedures

3/ OTHER

- Other duties assigned by HRM

- Set up and handle the yearly activities for associate (Christmas Charity Event & Year-End Staff party)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree & Certificate: At least B.A in Hospitality, Business Administration, HR. Other professional certificate is preferred

- Language: English (upper-intermediate)

- Experience: at least 2 years working in the same position in the hospitality field

- Good network in the field

- Responsible, flexible, honest, confidential, and social
