INS Staff (Telephone Operator) - Nhân viên Trực Tổng Đài

• The Information & Service staff is working in the Information & Service room and is responsible to ensure that all calls received are answered quickly quickly maximum 3 rings and following the Lotte Greeting Standard “Good morning/ Good afternoon/ Good evening,.. Information & Service.. , X speaking, How may I assist you?”, and that a prompt follow up is done correctly. Their tone of voice, politeness & dynamism must be outstanding. The Telephone Operator is the "voice of the Lotte Hotel Hanoi" and the first point of contact with the guest.

• The schedule of the Information & Service will rotate 24 hours a day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred.

• Experience: Experience in 5-star hotel services preferred

• Credentials: Certificates in hotel services preferred

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must speak English fluent enough and good communicator to serve customers

• Must be service-minded to meet client needs

• Must possess expert knowledge on the Hotel operation

• Must know and understand company regulations an applicable laws regarding hotel management
