Mô tả công việc
- Handle guest reservations via telephone, email, website, online travel agencies and other booking channels, ensuring timely and accurate entry into Opera/PMS.
- Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, no-shows and booking confirmations accurately according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain accurate reservation details, including guest information, stay dates, room types, rates, packages, special requests and payment arrangements.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, packages, promotions, special offers and reservation procedures.
- Provide clear, accurate and personalized information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, room types, rates and availability.
- Maximize hotel revenue through effective upselling of room types, packages and hotel services.
- Optimize occupancy and average room rates in line with the selling strategies and guidelines provided by the Revenue Manager/Revenue team.
- Follow up on guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate responses and resolution.
- Coordinate VIP and GIT reservations, including obtaining ETA information and communicating relevant arrangements to Front Office and other departments.
- Monitor and follow up on tentative bookings, waiting lists, group bookings, booking releases and other pending reservations.
- Conduct pre-arrival checks, including 3-day and same-day checks where applicable, for guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations.
- Follow up on deposits, guarantees and payment arrangements and ensure information is accurately updated in Opera/PMS and relevant reports.
- Monitor and reconfirm arrivals where required to minimize no-shows and identify potential duplicate reservations.
- Ensure all reservation correspondence, confirmations and booking information are accurate and consistent with Opera/PMS records.
- Follow up on booking administration and special arrangements to support smooth and effective guest arrivals.
- Immediately communicate significant booking releases, cancellations, amendments or other changes that may impact occupancy or revenue forecasts to the Reservation Manager and/or Revenue team.
- Maintain good knowledge of other Accor properties and assist guests with relevant information and onward booking opportunities when appropriate.
- Follow applicable Accor reservation standards and procedures, including the Accor Resavision program where applicable.
- Maintain guest information confidentially and comply with hotel data protection and security procedures.
- Prepare reservation reports and provide relevant information to Front Office, Revenue and Management as required.
- Participate in daily briefings, meetings, training and other departmental activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reservation Manager or Management based on operational needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Sales or a related hospitality position.
- Previous experience in an international hotel/resort is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service orientation.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera/PMS and other hotel reservation systems.
- Good knowledge of room types, rates, packages, availability and reservation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in handling reservations and guest information.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive, proactive and professional attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good sales and upselling skills with a focus on maximizing room revenue and enhancing the guest experience.
