Mô tả công việc

1. Assist the VP TS/Pre-Opening along the AHS Corporate TS team. To ensure a smooth transition from project to operation on new properties/renovations within an agreed time frame and budget.

2. Create facility briefs and hotel briefs concepts for each respective hotel/project.

3. Look for new concepts and designs to significantly improve guest experience at the hotels.

4. To assist in all aspects of design and feasibility of guest room layouts and public areas including the technical parts.

5. To attend and represent Absolute Hotel Services in project meetings as authorized/assigned by VP TS/Pre-Opening.

6. To make sure that all projects will adhere and follow as close as possible the given brand guidelines.

7. Coordinate with the project management for each project, all M&E requirements for each given project for areas assigned under each project's scope.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Male or Female, Vietnamese national.

2. Graduate from Faculty of Architecture - University of Architecture Or faculty of Architecture - Civil Engineering University

2. at least 3 years experiences in a similar role.

3. Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills.

4. Strong driven for results and leadership

5. Good connection and networking with the industrial bodies
